Apple sued by French builders due to its App Retailer charges

A gaggle of French builders has filed a lawsuit in opposition to Apple claiming that the corporate’s App Retailer charges of as much as 30% fee are too excessive and designed to destroy competitors. 

On Monday a gaggle of French app builders together with Société du Figaro, makers of the Figaro information app, and L’Équipe 24/24, which makes the L’Équipe sports activities app, sued Apple claiming it has abused its monopoly over iOS app distribution, the identical core argument utilized by Epic Video games in its unsuccessful lawsuit in opposition to Apple.
